Refund Policy – The Human Canvas

All Sales Final

Due to the limited-quantity nature of our products and the inability to resell items once they have been unpacked, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this policy.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect sizing

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or unpacked

All items are considered final sale once delivered, except in cases of verified damage or defect.


Limited Drops & Collectible Policy

Each release from The Human Canvas is produced in limited quantities as wearable art.
For this reason, once an item has been delivered and opened, it cannot be restocked or resold, and therefore cannot be returned.


Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.
If your item qualifies for a replacement due to damage or defect, it will be handled directly through our support team.
